Order Changes

Review Your Order Details: After placing your order, please carefully review the confirmation email, including the order details, shipping information, and expected delivery time. If you notice any errors, contact us immediately so we can help resolve them.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Typically, all items enter production within 12 hours of receiving payment, excluding Sundays and public holidays. For cancellations made after 24 hours of purchase, a fee will be applied to cover the cost of materials and labor.
  • The cancellation fee will be determined based on when you first contacted us. Please refer to the following rates:

Change Fees: If you need to make changes to your order 48 hours after it has been placed, a 15% fee of the order amount will apply to cover the cost of materials and labor. If the changes result in a higher price, the difference will also be charged.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

We hope you’re happy with your purchase! However, if you’re not completely satisfied after receiving your item, we are here to help with an exchange, return, or refund.

Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date you received your item(s). After this period, we cannot process refund or exchange requests.

All items are made to order, meaning we only produce them after receiving your order. If your item has no quality issues, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to any exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Eligible Items:

  • The item must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • It must be in the same condition as when received.

Ineligible Items:

  • Customized items, including ring sizes over 9 US or under 3 US, stone type or size adjustments, band style changes, or any engraving.
  • Items provided as Replacements/Exchanges.
  • Items damaged due to improper use.
  • Items lost because of an inaccurate delivery address.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for personal reasons, please keep the following in mind:

  • If the new item has a higher value than the original, you will be required to pay the price difference.
  • If the new item is lower, no refund will be issued for the price difference.
  • An item can only be exchanged once.

Returns:

  • To return your item(s), please get in touch with us at service@noircool.com to request a return and refund, and return to the address: 14525 Yorba Ave, Chino, CA 91710.
  • A trackable shipping service is required when returning the item(s); we do not issue refunds or exchanges without a tracking number.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refunds:

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for processing.
